Returns
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Items must be returned unused, unaltered, and in their original condition and packaging.
• If an item is returned in a condition that results in loss of value, the buyer will be responsible for that loss.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Custom or personalized products (made to order)
• Used or opened stickers
• Items that have been altered after delivery
Refunds
A refund will be issued if:
• The item arrives damaged
• The item is lost in transit
• The order is not delivered within 30 days of shipment
Refunds are processed after verification and will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please place a new order.
Incorrect Address
Stikify is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
